We are a faith based group located in the DFW area committed to guiding young men in navigating life’s challenges, instilling values, and fostering growth. Through mentorship, we inspire the next generation to reach their full potential and become gentlemen of purpose in a supportive environment.

Our Story

It all began in January 2024, during a quiet moment while I was driving. I truly felt the Lord guiding me back into mentoring and teaching young men. He planted various ideas and highlighted the importance of this mission. Once I returned home, I began to write down everything that had come to me. As I gathered information and crafted a plan, I reached out to my brother Courtney, who was already working with students, and my good friend Kenny, who shared a passion for positively impacting young men.

Reflecting on our own experiences growing up, each of us faced unique challenges but found strength and guidance through supportive role models. As we entered adulthood, we realized that many young boys and teens lacked the same opportunities for positive mentorship that had been so pivotal in shaping our lives.

That same evening, I shared my vision with Courtney and Kenny. I spoke about the increasing need for a space where boys and young men could find support, learn valuable life skills, and be inspired to reach their full potential. They quickly decided to join me in founding a nonprofit organization focused on mentoring young males in our community.

We envisioned a program that would provide guidance while fostering a sense of brotherhood and community. We aim to offer support, promote self-awareness, and encourage personal growth, all while instilling values of humility and leading by example. We want to inspire positive change in behaviors, decision-making, and the way these young men view themselves and others. Our goal is to cultivate a “gentleman-like” attitude, emphasizing the importance of putting others before ourselves.

With a deep passion for supporting young boys and men, we are determined and inspired to turn our vision into reality, hoping to create a brighter future for the next generation.
