Mentoring Support

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Such a great program for young men!
My Church started the Gentlemen mentorship program this past summer and we focused on mentoring one student that we saw leadership qualities in but may have been struggling in the area of peer pressure. Each week he was challenged with light homework to encourage growth. The teachers involved with the student have seen a change in maturity since starting the program and we believe it will allow him to be a future mentor to his peers.

Our Mission

To transform young men into gentleMen of purpose through our enrichment program. We aim to challenge them to embody our core values while providing a safe and healthy environment.

“You, however, continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them,”

2 Timothy 3:14

Our Values

At the core of our mentorship program are 7 values that drive everything we do. They are the heart of our mission, the why behind our commitment, and the reassurance that every young boy and young man we mentor is supported, encouraged, and empowered.

Years of Expertise & Professionalism

We envisioned a program that would provide guidance while fostering a sense of brotherhood and community. We aim to offer support, promote self-awareness, and encourage personal growth, all while instilling values of humility and leading by example.

Kevin, Kenny, and Courtney consistently demonstrate strong leadership through their wisdom, integrity, and dedication to guiding others in their faith journey.  They lead by example and foster a sense of trust and respect within their respective communities.

Meet Our Founder & C.E.O

Kevin Pittman

Founder, CEO, & Lead Mentor

Inspired by my mother, a dedicated single parent and ninth-grade Home Economics teacher, I developed a passion for mentoring and teaching students. My journey began in high school as a teacher’s assistant, which revealed my natural affinity for education. Throughout college and beyond, I worked in various educational roles, including afterschool programs and mentoring at shelters. These experiences deepened my commitment to supporting young men facing instability, driven by my understanding of their struggles from my own background. Mentoring has become a central part of my life, where I aim to cultivate positive mindsets and provide consistent support, helping young individuals realize their potential beyond their circumstances.

I’m deeply grateful for Kevin’s positive influence on Gary. His mentorship has helped Gary improve his behavior, self-control, and attitude. Kevin’s dedication and Christ-like guidance have made a lasting impact. Thank you, Kevin!

The People behind the scene

Meet our Executive Team

A collective of innovative minds and spirited individuals, committed to bringing their very best to our mentors & students.

Courtney Pittman

C.O.O, & Lead Mentor

Growing up without a consistent male presence, I was guided by strong Christian men who modeled servant leadership based on the example of Jesus Christ. They taught me the importance of serving others and living a life of faith and obedience. This foundation drives my work in administration with LISD and youth ministry at Antioch Christian Fellowship, where I emphasize the value of time and appreciation. Biblical stories like David and Goliath, Daniel in the lion’s den, and Moses leading the Israelites inspire me to help others realize their potential, believing that with God’s grace, nothing is impossible. Investing in people revitalizes my spirit and brings fulfillment.

Kenny Washington

VP, & Lead Mentor

Throughout my life, I’ve been fortunate to have mentors who provided invaluable guidance. Like many, I once believed I had all the answers and was invincible to life’s challenges, only to realize the importance of mentorship in navigating life’s ups and downs. Mentors are not just authoritative figures but essential guides who invest in our growth. My father, Ken Washington Sr., taught me about responsibility, love, and hard work, while my drumset teacher, Sam Dinkins III, not only developed my musical skills but also supported my personal goals and taught the value of genuine relationships. Recognizing the impact of their mentorship, I feel a responsibility to pay it forward and invest in the next generation, making mentorship a lifelong commitment rather than a temporary engagement.

Kenny is motivated by challenges. He looks for every possible way to resolve and be solution oriented.
